''Now Ain't the Time for Your Tears'' is the debut solo album by former Transvision Vamp lead singer Wendy James. Released in 1993, two years after the Transvision Vamp disbandment, the album saw James maintain the pop/rock sound she had become famous for. ''Now Ain't the Time for Your Tears'' was written in its entirety by Elvis Costello, with several tracks co-written by his then wife Cait O'Riordan. Despite the success Wendy James had fronting Transvision Vamp, ''Now Ain't the Time for Your Tears'' was relatively unsuccessful, only peaking at number forty-three on the UK Albums Chart. The singles released from the album also met with moderate to minor success. The album's title is a line in the chorus of Bob Dylan's song "The Lonesome Death of Hattie Carroll". ==Track listing== All songs by Elvis Costello, except where noted. # "This Is a Test" – 1:58 # "London's Brilliant" – 2:29 (Costello, O'Riordan) # "Basement Kiss" – 4:03 (Costello, O'Riordan) # "Puppet Girl" – 2:48 (Costello, O'Riordan) # "Earthbound" – 4:32 (Costello, O'Riordan) # "Do You Know What I'm Saying?" – 5:16 # "We Despise You" – 3:21 (Costello, O'Riordan) # "Fill in the Blanks" – 3:14 # "The Nameless One" – 5:30 # "I Want to Stand Forever" – 4:31 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Now Ain't the Time for Your Tears」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
